To edit the presentation details associated with your paper, follow these steps:
- Login to your account.
- Go to "Submissions"
- Look below the title of your paper and click on the words "Presentation Details"
- On the left, specify how your paper will be presented, options are "I will present final paper" or Paper presented by other person" or "Electronic Presentation Hall"
- On the right, fill in a synopsis for your paper, it will be included in the digest and accessible on our mobile apps.
- Click on the orange REGISTER button on the top right, select the days you will be attending, and complete the registration - you'll get a confirmation e-mail when thia is completed.
If you cannot attend the conference and cannot secure an alternate presenter, your paper may be presented via Electronic Presentation Hall (EPH).
If you have made partial payment and now want to change to EPH presentation:
- Login to your account
- Look below the title of your paper and click on the words "Presentation Details", and change to EPH.
- Click on the orange REGISTER button on the top right, skip through lodging etc. On check-out, the amount now needed to complete EPH registration will be shown.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Conference cancellations requested by February 6, 2015 will be subject to a $75 service charge. After that date, no refunds will be given. Conference organizers cannot be responsible for travel difficulty due to road or weather conditions.
