Paper Submission

There are just three steps: submit abstract, submit draft, and submit final.

1. Submit an abstract using the blue button on the left side of the home page.

2. On abstract approval, submit your paper in Word: login and click "Paper Status/Submit Paper/Change Presentation Status" under the Authors' Area heading.

3. On draft paper approval, submit final paper. Use procedure in #2 above, but a final submittal screen will appear requesting presentation choices and Digest material.

Draft Paper Submission

Submit your paper electronically in Word only. See #2 at left. Download the Author's Instructions (at right). They are both detailed instructions and a template for correct paper formatting. LaTeX users click here.

Copyright Forms
IEEE Copyright Forms, due November 1, 2009 must be signed and submitted for each paper. They are now submitted electronically only (no mailing or stamps anymore). After login, the author should click the link at “Submit Paper/Submit Copyright Release/Check Status/Change Presentation Status” and submit a Copyright Release form for each of his or her papers.

If you have already mailed in a copyright release you need not submit electronically. If you are unable to submit electrocicall, Click HERE to get the latest form direct from the IEEE. (select .pdf or .doc version). Fill it out and mail to:

VISA Application Letters
Application processing times are long--sometimes six months. Get a needed letter on draft paper submittal. Email edbryan@aeroconf.org.

IEEE Publication policy. The IEEE Aerospace Conference is a venue for engineers and scientists to present and discuss their work with one another. If you do not expect to attend personally or have your paper presented by a colleague, please do not submit at all.
